How It Works

Your treatment journey, step by step

A clear, predictable path from first conversation to long-term follow-up — so you always know what happens next.

  1. 45 – 60 minutes

    Consultation

An unhurried conversation about your concerns, medical history and what you actually want to achieve. No treatment is recommended at this stage.

  2. Same visit

    Clinical Assessment

Scalp and skin examined under magnification, donor area evaluated, standardised baseline photographs taken and blood work arranged where indicated.

  3. Within 48 hours

    Personalised Plan

A written plan covering the recommended approach, realistic expectations, session count, full costs and the alternatives you could consider instead.

  4. Per plan

    Treatment

Your procedure or course is carried out by the clinical team, with each stage explained as it happens and written aftercare provided before you leave.

  5. Up to 12+ months

    Follow-Up & Care

Scheduled reviews with comparison photography, home-care adjustments and direct access to the team if anything concerns you between visits.
